t I tend to show the interconnectedness between humans and microorganisms, using a photomicrography technique to see how their biological structure can influence designs in African fabrics. Microorganisms like algae, fungi. viruses, bacteria, have unique biological cell structures under the microscope making their patterns, shape, colors, and form look like designs that could be imitated in African textiles to look more organic and show the relationship between man and these species that can't be seen with a naked eye.
