Snowfall on the first full day of Spring. The transformation of this block in Times Square is dramatic. The building on opposite side of 47th Street with digital billboards (DoubleTree Hotel) has been demolished and replaced with another Hotel of mixed use. The Palace Theater within the building will be renovated within the new hotel. McDonalds fast food had moved to 45th Street.
