There are some things in life that are unavoidable, garbage is a constant. In this instance, it's the first thing these tenants see when they walk outside their building. It's the last thing they see when they walk in for the night. Does it not seem peculiar once you think seriously about all the things in life that living a human existence encapsulates? The process of garbage collection, relegates placing garbage in front of buildings for easy access by garbage collection. In more affluent parts of the city, garbage is placed in alleyways on the sides of building behind gates, or even doors. Out of eyesight of those affluent tenants.
