Lesbos island  the main EU entry point for nearly 450,000 refugees and migrants so far this year, as UNHCR chief António Guterres said. Skala sikamias is one of the smallest village with 100 residence but the main arrival spot in the island. This extreme test for the village went through the landscape. Wherever you turn around your head you see signs of people who crossed the land. A huge human river redefined the characteristics of the place.
