THIS IS THE STORY ABOUT MAICKEL MELAMED,

A MAN WHO WAS SENTENCED WITH 7 DAYS TO LIVE,

THE DAY HE WAS BORN. AFTER 36 YEARS,

HE SET FOR HIMSELF THE GOAL OF RUNNING

THE ING NYC MARATHON 2011.

15 HOURS AND 22 MINUTES WAS MAICKEL´S TIME OF ARRIVAL

AT THE GOAL OF THE MARATHON. THOUSANDS OF VENEZUELAN´S

SUPPORTER, FAMILY AND FRIENDS WERE WAITING FOR HIM.

MAICKEL BECAME PHYSICALLY DISABLE AFTER A DIFFICULT BIRTH.

HE HAS BEEN HEARING ALL HIS LIFE THE WORDS: YOU CAN’T.

HOLDING ON TO WHAT LIFE GAVE HIM INSTEAD OF WHAT IT DIDN´T,

HE IS DETERMINE TO INSPIRE AND DEMONSTRATE THE WORLD THAT:

“NOTHING IS TOO GREAT, AS TO NOT TRY IT” – MM.
