There's a beautiful feeling when a photographer can take the stress out of making photographs and use it as a tool to explore. Lo-fi, a word that comes from the 1950's, meant music was that of a lower quality and couldn't be played on the radio. This was my lo-fi track. A project I didn't think deserved the light of day because there wasn't any substance. It had nothing of inherent value to the greater storytelling world. However, making these images proved how whole I feel when giving into the art I create. The reason I always come back to photography, to strap that little camera around my shoulder, is because of the nostalgia it brings me when I get lost turning the dials and forgetting where the time has gone.

If anyone ever looks at this, play San Francisco by Midironica. A timeless lo-fi classic guaranteed to remind you how warm it feels to be human.
