The Pandemic brought fear and anxiety to our lives and we were confined to our homes. Normal activities and routines changed during this time. I engaged with the world in a new way, sparking creativity. This creativity took the form of trying new recipes, making protective face masks, and, like many of us, seeking social interaction with people while maintaining social distance in an outdoor environment. These photos are a record of many people, including myself, who sought some relief from home and experienced some sense of normality at Franklin D. Roosevelt Boardwalk and South Beach, Staten Island. New York.
