"But we hae meat and we can eat, and sae the Lord bethankit." Robert Burns.

The Sunshine Kitchen is a project for young adults with Additional Needs in North East Fife. The team has a base kitchen for production of baked goods, jams, pies, quiches and chutneys to sell at their stalls at local Farmers Markets and also caters for events throughout Fife and Dundee, often feeding hundreds at a time.

The buzzing kitchen dynamic of the young people, their parents and volunteers is amazing and infectious - everyone has a role to play and a contribution to make - Burns would surely have approved.
