The Urbi&Orbi Festival in Sedan (France) presents the project I have been working on in Oaxaca (Mexico).
Through the work of 14 photographers, all from French-speaking Belgium, this edition of the biennal explores the idea of "For intérieur" (innermost being). It puts the expression of power into perspective, facing the relative fragility of qualms and conscience. The photographers gathered here enjoy being one with the consistency of the world, without denying its bumps and roughness, and exist in a form of empathy towards people, matter, and light.
