My journey to this opportunity has been enriched by invaluable experiences and learning as a Curator and Program Manager at Visura. I had the privilege of collaborating with Visura Co-founder and CEO Adriana Teresa Letorney and Co-founder and Designer Graham Letorney. Working closely with Adriana, I learned about community building, content curation, and the lean startup model. I am also grateful for the programs, conversations, interviews, and portfolio consultations I have had the opportunity to facilitate with the Visura community, a global network of visual storytellers, editors, and buyers dedicated to producing unique and compelling visual narratives through a fair-trade model.
I am excited to bring this experience and passion for visual storytelling and community building to National Geographic as I embark on this new chapter in my career and contribute to the continued excellence of this iconic brand.
