David Exodus is a documentary photographer based in Abuja,Nigeria. He uses photography as a means to shine light on educational, environmental and health issues around him.
in 2018, he co-founded 'Flashes of Hope' a collective of photographers using photography as a tool to drive social change in their local communities
He presently works with a number of NGOs such as openfees Educational aid foundation and The Skilled Women Initiative where he visually communicates their objectives.
David is currently studying Photojournalism at The New York Institute Of Photography (NYIP) and has attended a number of photography workshops such as No! wahala Photo Essay workshop, Foto Documentar workshop by the Swedish Embassy, Abuja Enterprise Agency training on photography and the Abuja International Photography Festival, Uganda Press Photography Award; Get Out There Communication Seminars, Storytelling workshop by Georgina Goodwin. His works have been reviewed at the Uganda Press Photography Award Portfolio review and at the Abuja international Photography festival Portfolio review
