About
With my camera, I enter into people’s lives. I have learned to subdue my gift of gab and become a watchful wallflower. I connect with people in person and through my camera. I am able to compose and frame a moment in time, to draw people in to connect with the photograph and give them a sense of story.

As a young professional photographer, I am determined to tell the stories of underrepresented social issues.
I will complete my Masters of Science in Photography from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University in December 2018. During my time here, I have started to develop my creative vision expanding my storytelling abilities. Additionally, learning how to shoot in the studio and on location has helped me gain a concrete understanding of lightning.  My goal is to keep growing and learning about the power and possibilities of visual storytelling.
When not with my camera, you can find me hula hooping in my living room, having conversations with my roommate's cat, and spending time with my family and friends in Detroit and Syracuse.
Let's chat.
