Cyanotype quilt in show at Carter Burden Gallery NYC

The work, "The Mother of All Quilts" will be shown in the upcoming exhibition of cyanotypes, Carter Burden Gallery, 548 West 28th Street #534, NYC. July 1 - 28, 2021. Hours 11-5, Tues - Sat.
The work is composed of 16 cloth cyanotypes made  with inherited jewelry and other heirloom objects, cemetery rubbings etc., sewn and and beaded (in collaboration with Kathe Williams of Austin, Texas).
The wall hanging was made (with love) in memory of the artist's mother, Elaine S. Wallenstein (1924 - 2020.)
