Leon Trotsky stated: "Under communism an average man could become a Marx, an Aristotle or a Goethe, and above such peaks, even greater peaks."
This story is the result of the creation of the new Cuban man, 58 years later of being proposed this goal. In the 2017 Cuba, several characters narrate their experiences within the idea of creating a new model of man in the Cuban Revolution. This objective is affected by the daily life Cuban customs. The root of this conflict were the measures imposed by the revolutionary government that prohibited, limited, or marginalized such mundane attitudes as gambling, listening to rock music, the use of certain clothing, the consumption of chewing gum, and other popular measures. All of these measures resulted in the lack of freedom to express on any subject including rights for each individual in terms of sexual orientation.
