Today, in Lisbon, thousands of people joined a demonstration in support of the right to housing. The demonstration is part of a series of protests taking place in several district capitals across Portugal. During the march, protesters raised banners and chanted slogans demanding solutions to the problem of housing shortage, which has affected thousands of people throughout the country. The movement denounces real estate speculation and the lack of effective public policies to ensure access to housing. The march was peaceful and attended by various organizations and associations fighting for the rights of people in situations of social vulnerability.

However, at the end of the demonstration, there were some clashes between the police and some protesters. Despite this, the demonstration was peaceful and went without major accidents.
