My brother is a landscaper. In order to refresh his inspiration he is used to trek at least once a year in complete autonomy far from our hectic busyness. This year, as the pandemic is still hitting, he could not go abroad as he would have liked. But France is spoiled enough to have a few corners of wilderness: he walked his hundred kilometers in the Alps and later invited my father and I to join him for sharing the end of his trek. We spent a few days together from valley to peak in contact with raw elements reminding us to our insignificance regardless our beliefs and certainties.
