Hundreds of people gathered outside Mount Zero bookstore for the last time to pay tribute to the independent bookstore, which will be closing its doors for the final time on Sunday March 31, 2024 in Hong Kong, China. Mount Zero in Sheung Wan, has faced accusations of illegally occupying a portion of the pavement and has received a series of warnings from government departments regarding minor violations. These violations include the use of the alley for book talks and the paving of a small, uneven public space in front of its entrance.
