It’s a story about my childhood friend with his new friends that he met before smoking a drug named nyaope. My narrative is about showing their lifestyle and way of living in their everyday to day basis. I photograph them in their private space showing the environment. Being with them made me feel welcome, spending time with them showed me a different side to life (life of drugs) which made me feel sad that my peers are doing wrong things that tarnish their lives when there are better options out of drugs. Around their space there are personal pieces that I photographed which mean a lot to them like the purple dress next a picture, both sentiments are his mothers.
