Kirsten Luce (b. 1981) is an American photojournalist and regular contributor to The New York Times for local, national and international stories. Previously she lived and worked in the American South, Mexico City and the US/Mexico border before moving to New York to freelance. In recent years, she has dedicated her personal work to issues relating to immigration and the effects of the drug war in Mexico. Her work has also been published in National Geographic, GEO France and major newspapers around the world.
