Hello,
 
My name is Mert , and I was born in Istanbul in 1993. Throughout my life, I embarked on a passionate journey in the fields of journalism and photography.
I started my academic journey at Kırklarelli University Vocational School, where I pursued the Radio and Television Programming program. During this period, I gained fundamental knowledge about organizing and presenting radio and television programs.
Later on, I decided to enhance my skills in journalism, so I joined the Journalism department at Atatürk University Communication Faculty in Erzurum. Throughout this period, I became proficient in news writing, conducting research, and understanding media ethics, and successfully graduated in 2023.
As I pursued my career in journalism, I also developed an interest in photography. I have been working as a freelance photographer for a decade, capturing remarkable moments in various events, natural beauties, and social issues. Witnessing how my photographs can convey emotions and thoughts to people brings me immense joy.
Moreover, I have been working as an editor at the social initiative genchaber.com for the past 2 years since 2021. Contributing to organizing news and preparing content on this platform is a significant responsibility for me. Through my experiences in journalism and editing, I have learned how to deliver news more effectively and accurately.
In 2023, I started working as a photographer at depophotos.com. Here, I continue to enrich my visual world by engaging in various photography projects and events.
Throughout my life, I am determined to continue making contributions to the media and journalism world, sharing people's stories, and enabling them to see the world from different perspectives.
