For my first assignment for Monocle, I quietly worked the room and made photographs of a group meditation. The event took place in the beautiful Bates Hall inside the Boston Public Library. It was challenging to shoot in silence and tiptoe around the space as to not disturb any of the participants but it was really neat to capture the meditating faces! Thanks to Shin for the gig and looking forward to more interesting assignments like this one in 2020.
