Escotilla Nº8.
A visual exercise based on a David Brunett´s photograph.

The National Stadium of Chile, the most important sports venue in the country, became a concentration and torture camp for political prisoners during the military dictatorship established in the country in September 1973. According to estimates by the International Red Cross, up to seven thousand people were held at the place, who were interrogated and tortured. Many of them were executed. The acts of violence that occurred there marked the place to this day.
