A group of young boys from the Marwari community in Bangalore got together and formed an association to help people from marginalised communities. They have been performing dialysis free of cost for those who cannot afford medical facilities. Over 80 people visit their hospital everyday and they haven't stopped operating despite the pandemic as a lot of people depend on them. The Karnataka Marwari Youth Federation DR Ranka Dialysis Centre in Jayanagar kicked off the service in April, 2016 and performed 86,919 dialysis procedures till date.
