The SHE/HER project represents a deeply personal exploration of femininity, strength, and resilience. Through this body of work, I aim to capture the multifaceted nature of women's experiences and celebrate the power that exists within vulnerability and authenticity.
This recognition from Refocus Awards validates the importance of creating meaningful imagery that goes beyond surface aesthetics to tell compelling stories about the human experience. The fact that 'Strength' resonated with both the judging panel and the voting public is incredibly meaningful to me as a photographer.
I'm grateful to everyone who supported this work and to Refocus for providing a platform that honours creative excellence in photography. This achievement reinforces my commitment to continuing to create work that not only captures beauty but also inspires and empowers others.
