These AI Terms of Use and Date Policy outline how we use your data when you interact with our AI features. By using any AI features on Visura, you imply awareness and agreement to these Terms. We have done our best to make these terms clearly available from the Account Menu, Visura's Terms and Conditions, and directly from our AI features.

How We Protect Your Copyright

We are committed to protecting your copyright and ensuring that your content is handled resonsibly. Visura does not share your visual content with AI Models for any reason, including personalization.

How We Use Your Data

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your data is handled responsibly. Here’s how we manage your data when you use our AI features:

  • Public Data Only: We share content that you have shared publicly on your Visura profile with AI services for personalizing the AI to your specific needs.
  • Private Content Stays Private: Anything you mark as "Unlisted" or "Editors Only" will not be shared with AI services for the personalizing the AI.
  • Model and Temporary Use: We use OpenAI’s latest models to process requests and instruct their APIs to delete session data when the session has ended.
  • Active Use Only: Data used to personalize the AI experience is shared only after you send a query to the AI. If you choose not to query the AI your data will not be shared.

How You share Your Data

  • You are free to share unpublished text with the AI tool to improve the quality of your writing and for creative brainstorming.
  • It is your responsibility to limit the contents of the text you share with the AI tool to the extent you are comfortable with.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that any content you share with the AI tool does not infringe on the rights of others or violate any laws or regulations.

Your Rights & Data Deletion

  • You always own your content.
  • You have the right to remove or delete your data from Visura at any time. Once deleted from Visura, it will no longer be accessible or used in AI services.
  • You control what is public or private through your account settings. Only work with Public status can be shared as referrenced material and is is never cached or saved.
  • Visura data is not used to train AI models.
  • Visura data is not saved, beyond the "session of use" by the AI models.

  • You must be 18 years or older to use AI features.

  • Visura makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific purposes.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visura shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claims resulting from the use of AI features, including but not limited to errors, omissions, delays, or reliance on generated outputs.
