THE FENCE is an annual series of summer-long, outdoor photographic exhibitions inaugurated in 2012 as a sister initiative to Photoville in Brooklyn Bridge Park with our partners in photo art mayhem Photo District News.
To mark its 4th edition, THE FENCE will present four outdoor exhibitions in 2015 in Brooklyn, Atlanta, Houston, and Boston (including a specially curated "New England" FENCE) "“ drawing an audience of more than 3 million visitors.
Tasked with curating four monumental outdoor photo installations, THE FENCE relies on the unparalleled vision and expertise of its jury "“ comprised of more than 40 highly-regarded photography professionals from around the world.
