Agnes Naigaga, 53, stands on Lake Victoria in a boat, at the spot where her clinic once stood in August 2020, at Ripon landing site in Jinja, Uganda. The only medical person at the site, Naigaga moved here from Butalejja in 1997. Flooding has since forced her to shift location of the clinic thrice.
