Isabel Castro

Isabel Castro is currently a senior at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts where she is studying photography & imaging and journalism with a minor in documentary film. She is currently working on a documentary of transgender immigrants who are seeking political asylum in the United States. 

She is originally from Mexico City but grew up in the United States. She has lived in Argentina and Brazil. She studied in Havana, Cuba her sophomore year of college. She is fluent in Spanish and English and conversational in French. She loves chocolate.
