While standing on the corner of W42nd Street & 8th Avenue, I was approached by this person who sought to engage me in conversation. His words were incoherent and made it difficult to understand what he wanted to get across. I told him I'm not sure what he's saying, but he kept speaking. After a minute of trying, he walked away trying to engage other people who were walking by.
