Mareike Lauken was born in 1981 in Kamp-Lintfort, Germany. Finish her studies in 2010 in the 'Ostkreuzschule' photography school. Her photography work deal with issues like gay rights, refugees and other social issues, from a critical point of view on society. Since 2011 documenting the life under occupation in Palestine and work with the 'Activestills' collective. Involved in films and theatre projects as a videographer and editor.
Keren Manor was born in 1977 in Ashkelon, Israel. A Co-Founder of the photo collective 'Activestills' and the group 'Active-Vision', both deal with photography as a way for creating political and social awareness. Teaching photography and video since 2006 in participatory documentary photography projects. Her main documentary work focus in the palestinian struggle for freedom and shown, as a part of the 'Activestills' collective, in several galleries and public spaces and in independent and mainstream media around the world. Work as a videographer and video editor and took part in film productions and theatre projects.
