When photographing this small town soccer club called 'Kwik' it reminded me so much of my childhood memories. The simple festivities, the canteen, the smell of teenage sweat. It all came together. Also the drumming band, which showed up as a surprise made the small community complete. This is how it works. This is how I remember, and it is still to be found.
