Zinyange Auntony is a Zimbabwean visual storyteller exploring the intersection of social justice, climate emergency and the environment through documentary photography and filmmaking.
Bio
Completed Photojournalism and Documentary Program course at the Market Photo Workshop (2014) in Johannesburg, South Africa and an alumnus of the (2016) World Press Photo Masterclass East Africa in Nairobi, Kenya. In 2019 was selected to join a two-year mentorship program with VII Photo.
Amongst exhibitions Zinyange Auntony’s work has been featured in international publications including, The New York Times, Bloomberg Business Week, and The Washington Post.
He has worked on commission for various international corporates and Non-Governmental Organisations, including UNHCR, FAO, and International Medical Corps.
A member of Diversify Photo, a contributor to Everyday Africa and regularly covers assignments for Agence France Presse.
