The Hunter becomes the Hunted As of 18th June 2021, HE President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni instituted strict measures aimed at curbing the spread of COVID-19 in the country. Some of these were the ban of public gatherings, the closure of non food markets, Kikuubo Lane in Kampala City and other crowded business centers. On 21st June 2021, the police and other security organs swung into action to enforce the directives. These vendors were hiding inside a shop the officer was keeping guard at.
