Nelly Ating

Nelly Ating is a freelance reporter and doubles as a photojournalist reporting from the front lines of conflict zones in Nigeria. She is currently exploring conceptual documentary work on flouted topics in her immediate society. Her work has been published on CNN, Premium Times, Vanguard, Thisday. Ating was also recently featured on CNN Africa and BBC World Service Radio for her work in documenting victims of the decades-old insurgency in Nigeria. She has also showcased her work at the 2019 Lagos Photo Festival, UAE Cultural Perspective art show, and 'Dis Lagos Life' organized by SMO Contemporary Art.
