Benedetto documents stories of people and power through despised heroes, derelicts, shining with loneliness, athletes, but also photographs of kings, hypocritical bourgeois, ruthless judges, and prostitutes. He believes that the world is unjust and obtuse and that art and photography are the most radical of rebellions. This is why he conducts research on human rights and people who feel marginalized by the modern world.
