Managed the creative and strategic development and launch of LEGOEXPLORE.com in 10 languages.  Site included parent communication, product information and online games and product simulations.  Managed creative execution of all online marketing campaigns including an in-season campaign that averaged 700,000 unique visitors per month.

Collaborated with child development experts to create age-appropriate content.  Managed the creation and maintenance of all project assets.

Defined online look, feel and tone and ensured that brand consistency was maintained. Developed strategies for bringing goals and vision online to meet company-wide brand communication objectives. 

Managed projects with third-party developers and agencies, ensuring that projects were completed on time and within budget and scope. Identified, interviewed and selected agencies and creative consultants. Negotiated agreements and contracts with developers.
