‘It’s Like I’m Dancing With Death’: Inside One of the World’s Most Dangerous Games
In the coliseum, the bull stares down hundreds of men. He’s a half-ton black matador with a skull-white head and curved horns. Bred for fighting. He carries violence in his DNA. The bull watches the crowd of men in the ring, alert for any challenge. The crowd is attentive to the slightest movement of the animal. When the hundreds of men flee, they move in tandem, like a school of fish dodging a shark.
