Sinforosa (last name witheld), one of three Quechuan sisters living in the mountainous town of Huilloc within Peru's Sacred Valley, anxiously teases her braids in preparation for an interview. While her anxiety is somewhat expected, her insights, as well as progress, are invaluable to our evaluation efforts.
