This kids are bringing carnival celebrations to the city's public retirement home ITIS, where older non self-sufficient people spend their last years in a structure that's half retirement home half clinic.
These retirement structures, named RSA - residence with health assistance, have been hit the most in the pandemic.
The first death for Covid-19 in ITIS was recorded on March 26th 2020, a month after this video.
The director and manager of ITIS are under investigation for manslaughter.

The train station of Mestre is the Hub for the whole north-east italian rail network. Communters from and to Veneto, from Friuli to the rest of Italy plus all tourism to Venice go through these platforms.
Trains were packed of people going to celebrate Carnival in Venice, which at that point wasn't canceled yet. Almost no one wore a mask.
