Graduating with a BA (Hons) in Photography from Trent Polytechnic in Nottingham, England in the Late 80′s, Craig went on to win The David Hodge Memorial Award Young Photojournalist of the Year with a story he had covered in Thailand. He then, in the early 90′s, joined a team of 5 Photographers for the launch of “The European” newspaper based in London covering editorial assignments worldwide. After “The European” he spent a year based in Moscow as a photographer for FSP/Gamma before returning to London again to join “The Sunday Telegraph” newspaper in the mid 90′s. He left London at the end of the 90′s to freelance in the North of England for ‘The Times’, ‘The Financial Times’, ‘The Financial Mail’, ‘Daily & Sunday Telegraph’, ‘Readers Digest’, and other editorial and corporates clients. Craig now lives in Eastern Germany continuing to work on various commissions and non commissions with in Europe and a personal interest in the Middle East.
