Dany del Pino is a documentary photographer and a visual storyteller based in Havana, Cuba, where he was born. He is an assistant professor at the Technological University of Havana, where he teaches photography since 2012.

Dany del Pino is graduated as veterinarian professor. He also holds a diploma in Photographic Codes. He has attended different workshops, seminaries and posgrades linked to photography, visual arts, culture and social sciences in general.

As part of solo and collective exhibitions, the photographic work of Dany del Pino has been exhibited in Cuba and other countries such as: US, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, England, Spain, Italy and Netherlands. At the same time, print and online magazines such as: Camera Owner, DOCU, Lens Magazine, ZEKE, FotoArgenta and Periodismo de Barrio have published potographic proposals made by him. Currently, he is contributor of  www.cabildoregla.org.

In 2018, Dany del Pino won the "Raul Corrales" scholarship, the most important scholarship given by the Fototeca of Cuba to Cuban photographers every year.

Currently, he is member of Photographers Without Borders (PWB).
