Bridges collapsed following heavy rain on September 04, 2023 near Aldea del Fresno, in Madrid southeastern region, Spain. At least three people have died and three missing from torrential rains due to the DANA (Isolated Depression at High Levels) causing heavy flooding in central Spain. The storm crossed through Spain with heaviest rains recorded in Madrid, Castilla La Mancha, Cadiz, Catalonia and Valencia.
