'Miradas con Voz', an exciting new photography contest directed exclusively at women involved in Participatory Photography

The contest is exclusively directed at non-professional women photographers who have developed their work within participatory photography workshops. This year's theme is 'Por una vida sin violencias' (For a Violence-free Life).
For those of us involved in photography and education as a tool for social and individual progress, this contest is particularly exciting because it goes beyond a regular first-to-third-prize contest. The idea is to include links and information on organizations that work with participatory photography on our website in order to reach a wider public.
