Born in Venezuela in 1981. Resident in Caracas. My training as a photographer and as a documentary filmmaker has been self-taught. I have directed a documentary medium-length film, a feature film and I have participated as a director of photography in several short films, feature films and television series. As a documentary filmmaker and cinematographer, I have won several awards both inside and outside my country. Since 2019 I have been part of a street documentary photography collective that has become an important reference within the field of Venezuelan and continental documentary photography. In November 2019 we had our first collective exhibition in New York, USA and we have been published both individually and collectively in various magazines, newspapers and websites. Since 2017 I have been a professor at the Experimental University of the Arts in Caracas, Venezuela.
