Lennart Nilsson's unique photographic story about the childbirth was first released 1965, and received immediate recognition. Since, it has been printed in numerous editions, and translated to 20 languages. In this new version his images are complemented by Linda Forsell's photojournalistic images of the journey that takes place outside the body while the baby is coming to be. She has spent time with parents from the early stages of their pregnancy up until the delivery.
