As part of the justice and peace process, the german agency for technical cooperation, GTZ, has provided critical support by using to transmit testimonials from former paramilitary leaders in Colombia to the victims of the conflict, without this project, the victims would know the details of what happened to their loved ones.

Some of the victims walk more than a day to arrive at the municipal capital, far from the principal cities of the country, where they can witness the testimonials via satellite technology.
