With 10 nominations, 6 honorable mentions in three categories (Photojournalism, People & Portrait) and an Honor of Distinction (3rd Place in Photojournalism) I am humbled! This year the contest had a total of 6,378 entries from 69 countries. I have been informed my totals placed me in the top 1%, as on any given year 5-10 photographers receive 10+wins, honorable mentions and nominations.
