I was invited for the first Colloquium on "Mining in the State of Minas Gerais and its controlling institutions" by the State Tax Controlling Agency where I presented the inconstancies on the royalty payments by mining companies and the misuse of that income by the cities and the states and how that has been increasing the social disparities.
