Pride Photo is an Amsterdam
I participated in the open call for the 2024 Pride Photo Awards. We had a total of 9,193 entries from 87 countries. I was one whose photos were accepted entitled Women's Pains, from all continents. A large number of photographs. The jury was very impressed with the quality of the images submitted. Not only where the artistic power or beauty of the images was concerned, but also the diversity of stories they showed. Stories that were moving, sometimes heartening and hopeful. But also the photographs that touched and made the jury think. The stories of the international community are colorful, diverse and multifaceted.
