Fatemeh Khajehnouri was born in Iran, Tehran. She studied Theater and Drama in the University of Art and Architecture. She liked theater because seeing live actions as well as stories on the stage was one her greatest passions. 
She used to work as a theater photographer while she was a student, she also worked as a photographer in Khabar Online news agency in 2015. 
Her photographs were accepted in exhibition of House of Photographers in 2014 and 2015. In 2016, her group got the best photography award in City theatre festival in Tehran. 
In 2017 she embarked her journey within the social documentary trajectories, since, she was fascinated by her country’s prevailing socio-cultural issues including gender discrimination, women’s right, and class conflicts. 
In 2018, her photo accepted in Asia Visual Media Photo Festival in South Korea and 2019 one of her photos was shown in Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
